Hardware - I am also experienced in the installation and repair of hardware for your deskop or laptop. I can troubleshoot and repair your computer’s memory (RAM), hard drive cpu (data recovery), external hard drive, processor (CPU), motherboard, video/graphics Card, power supply unit (PSU), keyboard, sound card, CD drive, DVD, printer, mouse, modem, router, and USB devices. If your system has run out of space I can provide more disk memory for your pictures, documents, and music.
Software – (Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2000, 98). I am certified by Microsoft to provide laptop repair support service for all versions of Windows (including Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows Media Center, Windows 2000 and Windows 98) on laptops and PCs. This means I can perform repairs and maintenance on your laptop operating system, restore and repair Windows, update Windows, install upgrades, perform virus removal, remove harmful spyware, and troubleshoot Microsoft products like Word and Outlook.
Data Recovery – If your hard drive has died, or you accidentally deleted your files and folders, I am your harddrivefirst port of call for cheap data recovery. There is no need to go rushing to “hard drive specialists” when most of the time a “dust free room” is not required. I will salvage as much data as possible from your dying hard disk. In the event I cannot recover your files I won’t charge you a penny and you can at least be satisfied that you’ve exhausted all options before spending an arm and a leg for a recovery service lab.
Internet Problems – I can set up your broadband or wireless (WiFi) network, replace your Voyager modem with a high quality router, connect multiple PCs to each other, and iesecure your network against intruders. According to leading internet security firm Symantec, the number of computer viruses on the web hit 1,122,311 in 2007 (BBC Tech Report, April 2008) and that number is still growing, so virus protection is essential. If you don’t already have an anti-virus program I will set one up for you and run a full scan on your computer. Whether you have one PC in your sitting room or a small business network, I’ll make sure your system is protected.

Home Clients in London: £20 per hour – I charge £20 per hour up to a maximum of £95 per job (this excludes parts if required). The callout charge is between £10 – £15 to anywhere in central London depending on how far you are from me. I am based closed to Central London. If I can’t fix it you don’t pay a penny and if I can fix it you get a 1 month guarantee. Most (not all) repair jobs take about 2 hours, so you’re looking at paying around £50 for your laptop to be fixed.

I stand by my work, so all repairs come with a 1 month guarantee. If something is going to go wrong it will do so in the first few days. What does that really mean for you? This ensures that if your computer breaks down with the same problem within 1 months of my repair, I will fix it free of charge. That’s including parts! This excludes virus or spyware infections.

The maximum I charge for a job is £95. With my £95 Promise, (excluding parts and callout) you’ll never pay more than £95 again! Laptop repair in London can be an expensive thing when per hour rates spiral out of control. But with me, you’ll never pay more than £95 for a single laptop repair, no matter how long it takes. That’s means after 4 of work on your computer it’s absolutely free! I’ve capped my price to avoid anyone being unfairly charged for essential work. After all, you shouldn’t pay more for repairs than you did for the computer. This offer applies to home users only, excludes parts, callout fee and is per job only.
